Can I buy Multiple Photo Packages?
Yes. our customers buy packages for their friends, kids, and as gifts.
How long does a photo shoot last?
Most of our shoots last 2-3 hours.
Can I buy my hair extensions when I arrive at the shoot?

Can I bring my own hair extensions?

Do Clipped have a return policy or exchange policy?

How do I make an Exchange/Return?
It's hard with extensions as no one wants to use hair that's been used already. So we don't offer exchanges or refunds unless the package has not been opened.
In addition, we do not offer refunds on photo shoots once the first pic has been taken.
